Green Day prepare to Breakdown
They're back! After a well-deserved break, rock legends Green Day have announced a new album for 2009. The band shared the news at this year's Grammy Awards ceremony, revealing the album title 21st Century Breakdown and a tentative release date of May 2009. Renowned alternative producer Butch Vig worked with the band on the tracks.
21st Century Breakdown is the follow-up to Green Day's hugely succesful 2004 release, American Idiot, which has sold more than 13 million copies worldwide.
