Neil Young has created one of the most exciting and groundbreaking musical legacies in rock & roll history.
Young released his first solo album on Reprise in 1969, and since that time has become known as an inspirational innovator, both in terms of recordings, live performances and film endeavours. He is often cited as the artist who leads the way for others through an uncompromising pursuit of staying true to his music.
With the hits ‘Rockin In The Free World’, Heart Of Gold’, ‘Old Man’ and 18 of his albums reaching gold or platinum success, the legendary singer-songwriter has earned his place in the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame.
Young’s latest release is the highly anticipated collection Archives Volume 1 1963-1972. The box set is the most innovative compilation ever assembled, focusing on the life of one of the most original musical artists of the rock era. It features new technology to follow Young’s career, and will be available in three different formats: Blu-ray, DVD and CD.
